Pre-orders

Pre-orders from our First Collection are expected to ship in early December.

Order processing

Once your order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier, we'll email you a tracking number.

Shipping rates

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay. U.S. orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. The countries we can ship to are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

If your shipping address needs a correction, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We'll do our best to update it before your order is fulfilled, but we can't guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows a problem, or your order hasn't arrived as expected, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll help.
